This will be Phil's second stint at the club, having played here in the 2015/16 season, when his rampaging runs down the left flank made him a firm favourite with the club's supporters. He also has an eye for scoring spectacular goals. Having started out in Blackpool's youth team, Phil has also played for Caernarfon Town, Connah's Quay, Witton Albion, Rhyl and Conwy Borough.
Coach Aden Shannon admitted that Phil was someone the club wanted to sign in the latter half of last season, but by then he had already signed for two clubs. Meanwhile, Phil himself has said he is raring to go for the new season and is determined to play his part in the clubs promotion push.
