For a number of years we have been forced to move training from 3rd party location to 3rd party location. This has been due to lighting failures and over use of training areas. These problems have lead to less than ideal training conditions, reduced training numbers and a drop in money being spent over the club bar on training nights.

Having identified this as a key issue to address, the new Footscray RUFC Club Committee has invested in state of the art Portable LED Sports Floodlighting that will ensure that we can always train at the club. These new lights will also help maintain even wear on our training grounds, with the ability to move training location around our site.

Come down and see the new hardware at training tonight, 7.15pm for a 7.30 start @ Footscray Rugbty Club, 239a Footscray Road.
