Summer Touch
Another series of the popular mixed Summer Touch Rugby has now finished. Thanks to the many who took part and for the referees who did a sterling job.
Special congratulations to those who gained the most points in the ladies, girls, boys & mens sections who were Dolly Gulliford, Chloe Hinton, Lewis Dennett and Sean Gorman respectively.
Summer Touch took place every Wednesday evening thoughout June at the Rec.
It was open to all members and non-members aged 13 and over. Touch rugby is non-contact and teams are be made up of players of all ages and both genders.
Players were in a different team each week and earned individual points for a win or draw.
It was just turn up and play was great fun.
Individual points following the final round of matches are detailed in the attached document.
