Club Boxing Day 2018 Fun Games:

Coaches to wear fancy dress or Xmas hat at a minimum, can you please let your player/parents know the suggested Itinerary and try to stick to the timings:

U6 to U10 to use their own pitches and you can decide 10am or 10:30am KO, your shout….

U11 & U12 (combined or separately), use lower training pitch 10am KO

U13 & U14 (combined), use lower training pitch 10:30am KO

Girls (combined U13/U15 & U18), use lower training pitch 11am KO, suggest touch rugby only or manage the tackle area for obvs reasons.

U15 & U16 (combined), use Main Pitch 10:30am KO

Colts vs Seniors, use main pitch 11:30am KO (game to be a ‘controlled training’ match, referee to manage on the day and all Seniors instructed to take it easy).

Please remember player safety paramount, can colts/seniors use first two changes on right and if any younger age groups use the changing rooms/showers, two adult coaches to be present in changing room due to safe guarding welfare, also ask parents to bring a change of clothing, NO dirty kit/boots allowed in Crossbow, bar will be open from 11am and hopefully a busy day, so all to help bar rota during the afternoon as required, if we all do a short stint, then all can enjoy the merriment, I will be organising a raffle, any prizes on the day appreciated!

Shout if any questions or you want to change and lastly hope you all have a ‘Merry Xmas and Happy New Year‘.

Cheers, Tom
