Wow!! Thank you so much to everyone for being part of the Frampton Cotterell RFC Sci-Fi Minis Tour 2016. Thanks for fully embracing your part in the light side or the dark side and for the amazing array of costumes on Saturday night - though we had some very worthy winners in the fancy dress, there were some very close contenders.

Again this year, we had some lovely feedback from the team at South Bay Holiday Park. They commented on the fact the our families are always friendly and patient, and the kids are all polite and well behaved. So they love having us there. We also had really nice comments from Paignton RFC. They hosted some cracking rugby, which was a great send off for Lauren and Karen from the Under 11s. We have been told we're welcome back at the holiday park or the rugby club any time, so we can safely say we made an excellent representation of our club.

With the dark side scooping victory at tour court and the light side smashing it in the dance/sing off, I think [Evil Emperor] we can call it an overall draw and the blue and red sides can now join forces and unite in the kids' medal ribbons colours.

We have loads of fantastic pictures from the weekend which we plan to share with you all (just working out the best way to do that), we'll let you know when and how you can see them. They certainly capture a weekend of lots of fun, laughter, sunshine and rugby - a pretty good combination.

So now we hand the baton over to next year's under 10s - we can't wait to join you all again on the FCRFC minis tour 2017!
