Update on fund raising for St Mary's player Liam O'keefe following the serious injury suffered last December . I'm so pleased to say club members have raised over £1200 for the fund , so a massive thanks to everyone as that is in addition to £150 collected before Xmas . Seniors raised over £500 on tour , Colts raised £310 on tour and raffle last weekend a further £200 ... Plus other donations and selling of the programmes . Next weekend , May 8th 1pm , at St Mary's is the' Liam day ' with three special games and FCRFC will be represented by players in all of the three games .
This injury was suffered in a normal tackle and has changed the life of a young man playing the game we all love , so I say again a big thanks to all who have contributed from the frampton rugby family .
I really hope we never have to go through this ever for a Frampton player.
