UP FOR THE CUP
The hunt for silverware...
As the season reaches the business end a lot of eyes will be on the cups this week. Freeland Yeoman host Saxton Pirates in the Ridgeway Cup Quarter Final on Sunday morning, so get down The Simon Hole Memorial Ground and cheer the lads on.
Freeland A and B will also find out this week who they face in the last 16 of the Junior and Supplementary cups. Keep your eyes peeled for the draws.
The Ressies still have their eye on the Clarendon Cup and they will play for a place in the next round on the 10th March when they face off against Adderbury Park Reserves.
Freeland have a long line of unlucky tales in various cup games, so hopefully this season the cup hoodoo can be put to bed.
