The Blues were comfortably beaten by a Bradford Park Avenue team who have consolidated their position in the play-offs.
The home team went ahead with barely 2 minutes on the clock as Rob O’Brien sent over a low cross from the right which was met by Nicky Matthews who guided the ball under Stephen Dickinson.
Bradford doubled their lead on 24 minutes when Jordan Deacey’s corner was met by the head of Dempey whose header went in off Danny South.
With South up front on his own the Blues were rarely troubling the home goal but manager Peter Rinkcavage made a double substitution at half time which saw the Blues pose more of a threat. This saw David Cyrus and Ollie Ryan replace Danny Walsh and Grant Darley as Ryan joined South in the forward line.
However, despite enjoying more of the play the Blues still struggled to trouble the home goal, leaving Bradford to increase their lead on 85 minutes through a well taken 25 yard shot from Tom Greaves.
