Open Age.

I can now reveal that the Garforth Tigers Open Age team have been successful in their application to join the Pennine League. The league confirmed this morning that our application had been accepted by them. This very good news for everyone in the club. It shows a growth of the sport in the local area, but also gives our junior and youth players a team to continue to play for at an older age.
The lads have been training for several weeks but pre-season training can now start in full ready for the off in September this year.
Several friendly games will be arranged so that the league can evaluate the team to put them into the correct division.
On behalf of the Junior section we welcome you on-board and wish you many years of success.
At least when the summer season is over we now have the chance to watch the mighty Tigers in action at Glebelands.
