Miners hit the M62 for a visit to Howarth Park (kick-off 7:45pm).

A hectic five games in nine days now for Rob Hunter's side (three of them away from home), who seek a first win in six against 20th place Hall Road Rangers. We go up against a side in a relegation dogfight, however three points for Bill Gill's men would see them escape the drop zone at the expense of our neighbours Harrogate Railway, who they also have games in hand on.

Rangers earned a late point on Cedar Ridge back in October with an injury time goal after Mark Simpson had given us a 73rd minute lead. Town have never played at this venue, our last away meeting happening at their old home of Dene Park back on 15th September 2004. Goals from Gavin Birmingham and Nick Jaggar were sadly not enough to avoid a 3-2 defeat for Simon Clifford's team.

Town assistant Mark Smitheringdale will be in sole charge for this one due to Rob working away. Dan Coupland and Jack McMurrough are the latest names on the injury list, so call-ups for fringe and development team players are again likely.

Join us if you can, hope to see you there. Up the Miners!
