Storm are celebrating once more with former player/coach and junior founder getting his first chance to referee is first professional rugby league game when Keighley Cougars take on a Keighley select side.

The RFL will be holding a Match Officials course on Sunday 23rd April at Winlaton from 10am – 4pm.
This would be an ideal opportunity for anyone within your clubs to attend and gain a match officials qualification and, become a member of the North East Referees Society and be able to officiate on a weekly basis or be available in the event of unavailability of suitably qualified match officials.
We attach a poster which we would be grateful if you could display within your club and encourage people to register for the course.

Also, on the same page is a Laws of the Game module which can be accessed FOC and should be completed ideally prior to attending the course. This will give a good insight into the laws which are covered in more detail during the course itself.
