Georgetown Cricket Club In New Building Society Final Again - Looking To Make It Three In A Row.

Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) Defeated University of Guyana (UG) by 6 Wickets And Will Meet Transport Sports Club In The Final.

In Semi-final 1 of the GCA - New Building Society Second Division Forty-Overs Competition: Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) Defeated University of Guyana (UG) by six wickets at the Everest CC Ground on Saturday, 28 March, 2015.

UG batting first were dismissed for 130 runs in 34 overs. Dwayne Dodson made 30 runs and DR. McAll contributed 27.
Bowling for GCC; Devon Lord (in photo above) claimed 3 wickets for 23 runs, Ronaldo Ali-Mohamed took 3 for 30, Tariq Dharanlall took 2 for 21 and Gavin Singh took 2 for 23..

In reply GCC scored the required 131 runs in just 20 overs. Ali-Mohamed made 47 runs not out, Daniel Seegobin scored 30 and Gavin Singh made 28.
Bowling for UG; L. George took 2 wickets for 35 runs.

GCC will now meet Transport Sports Club in the Final.
