New Coaching Appointment
GGRFC are pleased to announce the appointment of Iestyn Williams as senior coach for the forthcoming season.
Iestyn is involved with Cardiff Blues U18's and head coach of Cardiff schools. He has also coached Wales U16's, Rhydfelin seniors and the Mid District XV.
As a player he represented Cardiff RFC & Ebbw Vale.
Pre - Season will commence on Tuesday 10th July at 7.00pm at Hendreforgan field for ALL Senior & Youth Players
There will be an opportunity for all players to meet Iestyn at 8:00pm Thursday 5th July at the Clubhouse.
Negotiations regarding a forwards coach are still on going and we hope to make an announcement very soon.
I'm sure all players and members will extend a warm Gilfach welcome to Iestyn as we prepare for the coming season.
