It's time to call it a day

After 6 fantastic seasons, I have decided to hang up my notebook and retire as manager of Glan Conwy FC. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all committee members I have worked with over the years for giving me the chance to manage at this level and at such a great club. I would also like to thank them for all their hard work behind the scenes giving us all the opportunity to play football every week. Of the players, both past and present I would like to thank you all for you dedication and commitment to myself and Glan Conwy, it really has been a pleasure.
I have met some great people over the years through football and made some good friends at Glan Conwy which is why I will be hoping to stay involved with the club in some capacity. For those who have not been lucky enough to be involved with GC and have only looked in from the outside will probably not realise what a great club it is. No cliques, no super stars just honest hard working people throughout, both committee and players.
We have got one small matter of our last league match at home to Glantraeth on Tuesday 21st April then that’s my lot. There are some fantastic players at the club I hope they all stick together for next season and with the addition of a couple of new faces I am sure they will be challenging for trophies again.
