It was a tight affair throughout although Glapwell had much the clearer chances as a young Heanor side worked their socks off.
The only goal of the game came towards the end as James Whitfield rounded the keeper to score and give Glapwell a second pre-season victory from three matches.
Again, the management team will have learned a lot from this game and there were some good individual performances on the day and some good football played at the same time.
Glapwell's next season is this Saturday against EMCL side Borrowash Victoria at Palterton, kick-off 3pm.
