Glapwell will be looking to build on last weekend's victory over Sherwood Colliery when they travel to Phoenix FC this Saturday, KO 3pm.

That victory was not as straight forward as they would have expected but the main thing was that Glapwell won ugly which they had failed to do over the course of the opening few games.

They remain in sixth place with five victories, and 17 points, from the opening nine games but are still looking for back-to-back victories this season.

Phoenix have had a slow start to the season with only one victory from their opening eight league games and they sit fourth bottom with only five points so far.

In that spell, they have suffered some heavy defeats with 20 goals conceded in their previous four league matches which have all ended in defeat.

They opened the season with a 9-0 defeat at Newark Town with their only success so far coming in a 2-1 win at Dinnington Town on the second weekend of the season.

Glapwell won on their last visit to Phoenix back in April when a last minute Ash Barber saw them record a 4-3 victory after being 3-1 down just after half-time.

Ground address:
