Ross has become a key member of the squad since he joined in August 2011. A versatile but talented player who has played in a number of positions so far for the club; doing well in all. He has found his greatest success to be in the centre of midfield where he played for most of last season after deservedly being made captain at the end of the 2011-2012 season. He made his 50th appearance for the club in the victory over DFS Welbeck on Easter Monday and won the manager's player of the season award last season to go with the players and supporter's awards he won the previous season.
