Glebe wn 1-0 against Meridian on Tuesday 15th April. we opened very lively and Josh Froggatt may have had a first half hat trick. Crisp play and sound defending were in evidence.

The second half saw Meridian looking dangerous but we got plenty of bodies behind the ball and kept them at distance. Again we squandered good chances with James Pinnock missing a header from close range. A very good move ended with Captain, Ben Lockett delivering a measured cross and Josh Froggatt heading into the top corner. Our defenders did really well in this match credit to Elliott, Jamie, Andy and Ben. Midfield worked tremendously hard with Akpo , having a 'blinder'. Our 3 front runners never stopped and i was pleased to win with a clean sheet
