We are thrilled to announce the signing of promising young midfielder Aeron Bardsley from Curzon Ashton's Under 21s side.

Bardsley, who turns 19 in April, joins the Hillmen after catching the eye of manager Richard Brodie during his recent training sessions.
Bardsley's acquisition comes as a result of glowing recommendations from key figures at Curzon Ashton, including Mark Bradshaw and Craig Mahon. Brodie, impressed by the young talent's performance during training, expressed his excitement about integrating Bardsley into the Glossop North End squad.
"Aeron has been training with us for a few weeks now on the recommendation of Mark Bradshaw and Craig Mahon at Curzon Ashton," said Brodie. "He's been very good in training and needs men's football; a left-footer that we don't have in midfield. He's now earned a chance to show us what he can do. As I've said, now is the time to start our experiments in advance of next season! I'm looking forward to seeing him in a GNE shirt and seeing how his career develops, which it will."
Bardsley's addition to the team adds depth and versatility to Glossop North End's midfield, providing a valuable left-footed option. His potential and eagerness to prove himself on the pitch align with the club's vision for future success.
Travelling fans can look forward to seeing Aeron in action at West Didsbury and Chorlton on Saturday 16 March, as he goes straight into the matchday squad.
