Players Of The Week

The topic for our training this week was heading the ball, all three groups worked on defensive heading and then attacking heading, the key factors for today were a good body shape, making contact with the ball using the correct part of the head, the timing of the header and the player keeping their eyes on the ball at all times, we had some great displays, well done to all of today's award winners.
