History - Club History
Goffs Oak FC was formed in 2007, and started playing in the Hertford & District League Premier Division. Goffs Oak finished runners up of both the Premier Division and the Divisional Cup that season.
In early 2010 the club was taken over by a new committee with the ambition to take Goffs Oak forward and to progress up the leagues.
The first step was to apply to join the Hertfordshire Senior County League which is part of the National League System.
In June 2010 our application to join the Hertfordshire Senior County League was successful therefore we began this new chapter for Goffs Oak.
Goffs Oak created history in their first season by winning the Hertfordshire Senior County League Division One in their first season (2010/11).
As Goffs Oak have now been promoted to the Hertfordshire Senior County League Premier Division they have moved into their new home in Goldsdown Road to ensure they meet the required ground grading set by the Football Association.
