Goffs Oak is delighted to announce Muscle Limit Gym (Brimsdown) as their main club sponsor
Muscle Limit Gym is based in Abbey Works, Lockfield Avenue, Brimsdown, EN3 7PY.
The Gym is open 24 hours Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
The Gym offers a full range of weights, machines, cardio equipment, boxing and sun beds. Free tuition is also available for every member.

Memberships are available on a pay as you use basis or for a reduced cost you can become a full member by either paying up front monthly, six monthly or annually.
