Ticket Allocation

Following on from the earlier World Cup information update the Club has received details of the ticket allocation and how the tickets should be allocated and bought. In summary:
• There are 10 tickets allocated for every match at Twickenham – total of 10 matches - 100 tickets in total;
• There are also 200 tickets allocated for all other matches being played at other venues around the country;
• The England 2015 organising committee aim is to ensure that the tickets are allocated to individuals in recognition of their contribution to supporting the game “week in week out” and fit the criteria as being a “Loyal Supporter”. As a result tickets will only be available to Full Members of the club for their own personal use and cannot be linked to any sponsorship or hospitality;
• The Club will follow the official guidelines and establish a “fair and transparent” system to allocate tickets;
• Members can apply for a maximum number of 4 tickets for any non-Twickenham match or the two Group matches played at Twickenham but NOT involving England. Maximum of 2 tickets for the England Group matches & the two Quarter Finals to be played at Twickenham. Maximum of one ticket per member for the semi-finals and final;
• Each applicant must have a current e-mail address and all ticket purchases are done on-line between the applicant and England 2015. The Club is not involved in the actual sale of tickets;
• Applicants should e-mail me (Dave Webster – korkyweb@yahoo.co.uk) with details of your ticket request before the end of April deadline. This will allow the Committee to allocate tickets in line with the official guidelines before the allocation is passed on to the England 2015 ticket office website;
• Details of all matches and venues are posted on the notice board and can be found on the www.rugbyworldcup.com website.
