Euro 2016 prediction competition

The club is once again running a European Championships prediction competition. The forms (based heavily on the Steve Barlow memorial template...) are attached here, both in Word format to be filled in electronically and in PDF format to print out.

Prizes are 40%/20%/10% of the total prize pool, entry fees are £3 for one entry, £5 for two.

Entries to be returned with entry fee preferably to Jordan Harris, but any committee member will do, before the tournament kicks off on 10 June.
