The Sailor Brown Memorial Trophy
Following the death of one of the Greatest Gorleston Players of all time, Bert 'Sailor' Brown, the club introduced a Trophy in his memory.
The 2011 Sailor Brown Trophy will be contested on 24th July 2011 starting at 10. Entry is just £2.
Others taking part will be Gt Yarmouth Town, Kirkley & Pakefield, Waveney Athletic and Cromer. Sailor's daughter Julie Munro will be there again to present the trophy.
Gorleston are the current holders whilst Kirkley & Pakefield won the inaugural tournament in 2009.
