Christmas Present and Good Wishes
Eddie Thompson has decided not to retire yet after all.
After a break and discussion with his family EDDIE is not going to hang up his boots. He is going to stay till the end of season.
This is good news for Greens fans as he is such a big part of this Club on and off the pitch.
On a sadder note we said goodbye to Jamie Godbold after the Boxing Day game as his loan period was up and he has to return to Lowestoft.
A really nice guy and a gentleman on and off the pitch, as well as being a class player, he made 15 appearances for the Greens scoring 4 goals.
Speaking on his Twitter account @7Godders he said he "would like to thank everyone associated with @gorlestonfc for making me feel welcome! Thanks and good luck".
