Reserves Retain Trophy
Gorleston Reserves retained the CS Morley Cup with a 3-0 victory over Attleborough Reserves.
In an even first half it was the Greens who took the lead after 15 minutes.
Elliott Hannant crossed in from the left, the ball evading everybody and ending up in the corner of the net.
The second goal came eleven minutes into the second half.
Jordan Stanton on the left wing twisted the full back inside out before crossing for Ashley King to knock in from close range.
Credit to Attleborough who kept pushing forward, going three at the back and leaving themselves open to a quick counter and it was the second minute of time added on when the Greens added their third.
This time Brodie Adams broke on the left and slid in Sam Wooldridge who coolly and calmly slotted the ball past the keeper into the net.
