Code of conduct
Helping out: The playing members of the club need to start taking a more proactive approach to helping out with the behind the scenes stuff that needs to be done on a weekly basis such as: the shirts; helping in the kitchen and on the bar; sweeping up the changing rooms when we've finished; etc. At the time of writing these are, on the whole, being left to a small minority. We all have other commitments outside the club so for this minority to be lumbered with these duties week in week out is extra work for them and we need to start to help out more.
Punctuality: If you're going to be late on a match day or for training then you need to let Alec, Andy or your captain know asap. All their numbers are on the website so there are no excuses for not having them. Things are always going to happen that mean people are delayed, just let someone know and in plenty of time.
Attendance for training: This has improved slightly in the last couple of weeks but needs to continue to improve so we can run through the moves etc and improve our game. Every week we are asked to respond with our availability for the following weekend in an email, so the simplest thing to do is to also put your training availability in your email.
Clean kit: Players are expected to turn up on match days with CLEAN Gosford shorts and socks and, once again, fines will be issued to those who fail to do so.
