Please find appended formal notice of the AGM at GAB.

It is very important that we all attend this meeting as it is the formal opportunity to review the last season, and make your contribution to the upcoming season ahead.

Additionally there will be the usual Officer and Key Member elections during the evening and NOMINATIONS ARE NO OPEN.

Should you be interested in standing and volunteering for any of the committee positions please email me individually by return.

On behalf of the Club, I would like to thank the current Committee for their services in the year(s) to date and also inform ahead of time of two senior departures in that Nick Jones and Liam King will be standing aside as Chair and President respectively.

As the elections are annual, volunteers are required as a minimum for:-

President, Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Youth Chair, Club Captain, Bar Chair, Fixture Secretary, International Tickets Secretary, and Child Welfare Officer.

Forward events will be managed on an ad-hoc basis, but it will be good to have someone willing to take a lead. I think we will manage County matters as we have this year on an as needs basis.

I look forward to receiving a wealth of volunteer nominations by return.
