* A Completed Registration Form ( If you haven't recieved this by email, please contact your childs coach)
* Two passport sized photos of your child ( these don't have to be passport pictures, just that size, so you can print them at home)
* The Registration Fee

Under 5's - £5
Under 6's - £35
Under 7's+ £70

Please note that without the photographs and payment, your childs membership will not be processed.

For those of you wishing to purchase new kit for your children and/or collect kit for them if it is their first full paying season, please note the Following..

Sunday 11th September - Kit will be available for U7's to U9's ONLY.

Sunday 18th September - Kit will be availavle for U10's to U12's ONLY.

**We offer a childs first kit ( Shorts, Socks & T-Shirt) free with their membership from U7's upwards for their first full fee paying season. After that you are welcome to purchase additional items.**

Please note that for kit purchasing we only have the facility to take CASH or CHEQUE.
