The Official calling notice and agenda will be emailed to all members for who we have an email address within the next couple of days from this article being posted. For those members who we do not have an email address, we will be posting out a copy.

The notice will contain a link to the 'Dropbox' website where you can download a copy of the nomination form for the Director's posts that are up for election and a document containing proposed changes to the Articles Of Association. You will also be able to access the end of year accounts via the same link from 12th June
