This is a walking event to celebrate midsummer – the longest day of the year. The original idea for the event was born out of the feeling that we don’t celebrate this magical day enough here in Scotland. But we needed a magical venue to celebrate…… And then Andy Scott gave us the Kelpies. A place where you can reflect and let the majesty of the horses carry you away. We think it will be the perfect setting for what we hope will be an impressive sunrise and sunset. In addition to this, the event serves as a perfect venue for raising awareness around mental health in collaboration with the Joshua Nolan Foundation. Any funds raised from the event will primarily be donated to the Joshua Nolan Foundation and go toward providing 1 to 1 specialist counselling for those who feel down and in desperate need of help.
