Attention turns to the Integro League Cup on Tuesday night when Grantham host Lincoln United in a Lincolnshire derby.

It will be the Gingerbread's second successive home game after earning a hard earned point against a well-organised Stalybridge Celtic side in a 0-0 draw.

The result kept Grantham in 7th place however they are now only one point off 5th placed Stourbridge who have three games in hand on them.

Town will also hope to go one better this season in the cup, making it all the way to the final last season only to beaten 2-1 by Bamber Bridge at the neutral venue of Leek Town FC.

EVO STIK South side Lincoln United are looking for their first win in four games with their most recent defeat coming on Saturday away to Stamford in another Lincolnshire derby. The result puts the Whites in 15th place despite only being five points off a play-off place.

The last time the sides faced each other was earlier this season in a pre-season fixture where Lincoln United ran out as 1-0 winners at Ashby Avenue.

When asked about the possibility of rotating the squad for Tuesday's game, Adam Stevens said he hasn't ruled out the idea of doing so: "Yes I agree there could be a chance to have a look at some different players and different ideas but I will pick a side that will be best suited to the game that can get us through to the next round."
