Grantham face their second game in the space of three days as they host Shaw Lane at the Meres on Easter Monday.

Spirits are extremely high in the Gingerbreads camp after a fantastic 2-1 win in which they came behind from a goal down thanks to a freak goal from Danny Meadows and a last minute winner from Jordan Hempenstall to secure the points in Staffordshire.

The result kept the Gingerbreads in 3rd place and their play-offs well and truly alive ahead of the end of season run.

Fellow play-off contenders Shaw Lane were a victim of the weather as their game was called off on Saturday. The Ducks haven't been in great form either, winning only one of their last five games, that being against bottom of the table Sutton Coldfield.

The sides have only met once before - earlier on in the season where the Gingerbreads secured a 2-0 win in Yorkshire thanks to two wonder strikes from Curtis Burrows.

Grantham boss Adam Stevens says his side need to keep the pressure on ahead of the end of season run in: "We still have points to play for and we need to give it our all to finish as high as possible to give ourselves the best chance of promotion. I know the lads have what it takes and we will make sure we give it our all."

Luke Shaw and Rhys Lewis are the only definite absentees for the game on Monday. Meanwhile, the rest of the squad is fit to play.
