The Bloaters will face away games for the first four games, including visits to Fakenham (August 7), First Division newcomers Braintree Town Res (August 18) and a midweek trip to Debenham LC (August 21) before the first home game of the season against Team Bury (September 4).
Fellow new team to the division Saffron Walden Town visit the Wellesley on October 13 in a run of fixtures that sees seven home and two away games.
There are no Boxing Day or New Year's Day fixtures but the last three games of the year sees fellow Norfolk side Fakenham Town (December 15) and Downham Town (December 29) visit the Wellesley in between a visit to Swaffham Town (December 22).
Mike Derbyshire's squad then travel to Stowmarket Town (January 12) on the first game of 2013 followed by a visit to fellow relegated side Newmarket Town a week later (January 19).
Yarmouth's last four fixtures start at Easter with fixtures at home to Ipswich Wanderers (March 30) and Team Bury away (April 1) before the season with the final home game against Long Melford (April 13) and finishing the season with one of the longest trips at Brightlingsea Regent (April 20)
