Programme to inspire self-determination and self-confidence

Greenisland FC in conjunction with Education Authority Youth Service Greenisland Centre and supported by Tamhi, South Antrim Community Network, Mid and East Antrim Borough Council and Policing & Community Safety Partnership, will be delivering a 10 week programme "Transitions", starting on Friday 6th October.
"Transitions" will use the power of sport as a vehicle to educate and inspire local young people aged 8 to 14 who will soon or have recently transitioned from primary to secondary school. The physical activity based programme will address many current and relevant issues such as mental health, physical health, e-safety, road safety and resilence to name a few.
