Club Supplier, Pro Active Teamwear have changed the way in which their company are operating.

Below is a statement from Pro Active Teamwear.

We wanted to write to you individually to confirm what you may already know or have heard.

We are changing the way in which we operate as a company. The main change will be regarding our premises at 3 Peaks Lane. We will be operating on an appointment basis only for larger team orders such as a new kit, new jackets etc but smaller top-up orders of clothing & equipment orders will be facilitated through telephone, email & website.
We are not becoming an internet only company & we will welcome appointments for the larger team orders where there is a real benefit to being able to deal with us face-to-face.
This change will allow us to offer a greater service to all of our customers & also offer greater discounts & better pricing. We believe the local customers & clubs in particular will see an improvement in service & receive a greater experience when visiting us.
Due to the change mentioned above we will no longer be able to accept local collections of orders. All orders will be sent via Interlink Express on a next working day delivery (from order completion). All orders over £100 in value will be delivered to you free of charge to your preferred delivery address which can be either business or residential. Any orders under £100 in value will be delivered at a special local rate of £2.95.
