Woodhouse Brings His Hull United Side To Grimsby

Former Grimsby Town player and Former British light-welterwieght Champion Curtis Woodhouse and his Hull United side visit The FDC on Tuesday!

Its been a while since Grimsby Borough's last home game, the 12th of December to be precise when the reds conceeded a late equaliser in a 2-2 draw with Westella.

This upcoming Tuesday the wilderness boys return to Bradley to face high flying Hulll United. Hull currently sit in 5th position in the Toolstation NCEL Division One, fifteen places above Borough who've been defeated in their last two fixtures.

Despite having only lost two games in eleven it's off the field when the citizens have been struggling of recent having left their home ground of the KC Lightstream Stadium meaning that all of their game will now be played away from home.

Aswell as former Grimsby player Woodhouse coming to Grimsby he is assisted by a Championship Play Off Final winning captain. Ian Ashbee who made 243 appearances for Hull City including a large spell captaining the side in the Premier League.

One player to watch out for on Tuesday is Brett Agnew, the divisions third top goal scorer. Agnew has already sturck twenty five times this campaign including four in the reverse fixtures at another former Hull United ground Dene Park.

Addmision for the game is £4 Adults £1 Concessions and kicks off at the usual time of 19:45.
