Borough came from 2-0 down at half time v Hallam in midweek to book their place in the Final as goals from Winfarrah, Debnam and Drury gave the Wilderness Boys a sensational 3-2 victory.

It's job half done said co- manager Andy Liddle. We didn't play well in the first half but the lads gave everything we demanded from them after half time. We are really proud of their efforts.

A club spokesman said " what a great night I thought we had blown it at half time but what a comeback. All credit to Hallam but they struggled with the speed of our play in the second half. 90 minutes from promotuon, all I can say is come on boys you can do it."

Penistone Church made the final by defeating AFC Emley away from home 3-1 in midweek. By winning the match Borough were the highest ranked team left so won the right to host the final.

An OG, Ring and Moore scored the goals that brough Church to the final seeing them recover from a shock 6-1 defeat at Glasshoughton last Saturday.

So this is it one game and one chance the winners will be playing Premier Division football next season whilst the losers remain in Division 1.

Just to confirm if the scores are level after 90 minutes 30 mins Extra Time will be played. If after ET the scores remain level the game will be decided on penalties.
