SATURDAY 10th DECEMBER 2016
TOOLSTATION NCEL DIVISION 1
WINTERTON RANGERS V GRIMSBY BOROUGH
KICK OFF 3:00
WIL-LEC sponsored Grimsby Borough are back on the road on Saturday when they travel to Winterton Rangers in the NCEL.
Andy Liddle and Dan Barrett were pleased with the fantastic 2-0 victory over Hallam in midweek.
We have taken three valuable points in midweek but it counts for nothing if we don't kick on and get points at West Street on Saturday.
Were sitting in the play off places but the top two automatic promotion places are in right and we have to take every oppotunity so we can keep the pressure on those clubs around us.
The top seven are covered by just 10 points so any slip up will see us change places but as we have said the top two is a great incentive.
Winterton are ninth in the table but come into the Borough fixture on a run of six games without a win. Their last fixture saw them pick up a point with a 0-0 draw away at Teversal.
Despite their run without a win the goals have been flying in at both ends during Winterton games. The last six games including last week's 0-0 have produced 40 goals.
So let's hope for a bagfull tomorrow, with Borough coming out on top. Kick off at the West Street Stadium is 3:00pm and the postcode for the ground is DN15 9QF
