Important Changes to Membership
**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT**
This affects your eligibility to attend the Annual General Meeting for 2011 and your admittance to the Club.
All those that have NOT paid their membership fees for the 2010/11 season (August 2010 to July 2011) by 31 May 2011 will have their membership terminated and therefore lose their ability to vote at meetings, in particular the Annual General Meeting.
You will not be sent notifications of any meetings or the Annual General Meetings.
This is in line witht he Club constitution as detailed below:
Paragraph 5.12.3
Membership is no longer valid upon the following
a) Upon death
b) Upon termintation by the Management Commitee * the Club have exercised this right owing to non payment of membership fees*
c) Upon resignation
Grimsby RUFC have an exhaustive database of members that are either no longer active, have left, resigned or otherwise, have not paid their membership ees for the current season and the decision has not een taken lightly nor without debate.
All Players please not that YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO RE-REGISTER.
