LADIES!!!! fancy giving rugby a 'TRY'
All new players welcome.
Training currently taking place on Sunday evenings at Springfield Road from 6 o'clock.
It does matter if you have never played before, the emphasis is on getting fit and getting social. Anything after that is a BONUS!!
The plan is to eventually play matches but fun fun fun is the order of the day.
