Monday at GRIT GYM:


BODY CONDITIONING with Annice
Cardio, Strength and Dynamic Stretches
1pm - 2pm & 2pm - 3pm

Kids BRAZILLIAN JIU JITSU 5-6pm (£5 or ONLY £7.50 to include an adult Gym Session at the same time)


Tuesday

7.30 am - 8.15 am BoxFiT with Caroline Taylor
- High Intensity Training with Boxing Circuits

METAFIT 9.30am - 10.15am
Metafit is a 30 minute HIIT bodyweight workout that will keep the fat burning for up to 24 hours afterwards. Classes are suitable for men and women 6 months postnatal and beyond. Children are welcome to the 9.30 class under parents supervision.

BODY CONDITIONING with Annice ONLY £5 per hour session
Cardio, Strength and Dynamic Stretches
11am - 12pm & 12pm - 1pm

KIDS CLASS 5pm-6pm Kids MMA

BEGINNERS BJJ 6-7:00pm

ADVANCED BJJ 7-8.00pm

MUAY THAI 8:00-9:30pm

5-6 Kids BJJ WITH Jack Magee

6 - 6:45pm Stretch Flow & Glow with Caroline ONLY £2.50 Members or £3.50 NON Members
A dynamic blend of Pilates and yoga moves - lengthen stretch and rejuvenate

6:45-7:45pm BOXING with Jack Magee

No Gi Grappling / MIXED MARTIAL ARTS 8-9pm Jack Magee

Tai Chi 8pm-9pm

Kung Fu 9pm-10pm


THURSDAY'S

Fitness & Nutrition WOMEN'S ONLY BOXING FITNESS
Clocks will shortly go back, its getting colder and lets face it none of us are looking forward to winter...so start your day Right (and feel slightly righteous the rest of it ;-))
A mix of boxing training & circuits to get you in tip top shape with a focus on having a great workout, learning how to throw a decent punch and getting that great stress relief buzz from hitting those bags!
Circuits focus on bodyweight exercises and cardio for all round toning, strength & mobility.
The class is open to any level of fitness.


BOX FIT with Caroline Taylor 9.30am-10.15am

With the Ladies in mind, Dynamic Body Weight Movement Workout utilising Boxing skills and Drills. You are YOUR own gym !! Working at your own pace but pushed by Caroline Taylor. Use Box Fit moves daily as often as you like to achieve your desired goal. Stronger Body for a Stronger MIND !

12-1 MIXED MARTIAL ARTS sparring


Sunday at Grit:

8am Gi and No-Gi with Tommy Clarke
