Club membership
New and existing members need to complete a Membership Form annually. This includes details of fees and discounts for families with three or more members.
Parents and families are encouraged to join as social members, to provide financial and moral support to their players and the Club
RFU membership
RFU registration (or re-registration) will be needed for new Members and late renewals (so renew your membership asap!). RFU membership is mandatory to play in matches.
The Club processes RFU registrations and automatically takes care of annual renewals for members who have renewed their club membership promptly, via the RFU's Rugby First facility.
New and lapsed Members will need to complete RFU Registration Forms. The RFU has become much stricter about re-registration. This makes it all the more important to renew your annual membership promptly.
RFU forms are also available directly.
Consent and contact form
Teams and the Club should hold an up-to-date consent and contact form for every player.
So, what do I actually need to do!?
Board members are in the clubhouse every Sunday morning in September, to receive forms and fees, welcome new players, and answer questions -- and usually every Sunday through the season (if in doubt, ask at the bar).

- Changed details: Consent and Contact form.
- Juniors (if not done already, particularly U13s): RFU form with 2 passport photos.
- New Members: 2011-12 Membership Form; RFU Youth or Senior Form, Consent and Contact form Form.
