The session will start at 6:30pm so could all forwards meet at the club at 6:20 for a prompt start. The session will involve a live scrummaging session with individuals asked to wear sensors and GPS equipment to measure both force and velocity of the scrummage engage. Individuals will also be tested on how fatigue effects the impact the scrum has on the body. The club will be using this as an extra scrummaging session as well which will be invaluable before the 1st league match of the season vs Chobham away on Saturday.
