Guilsfield gained two victories in their friendlies last week with Saturday's away win at Bangor raising a few eyebrows.
We travelled up to face the Welsh Premier League side without Aaron Edwards and Mark Davies (both injured) and top scorer Danny Barton on the subs bench. Guilsfield went 2-0 down in the first half but upset the odds with a fierce comeback in the second half with Rhydian Morris upfront leading the charge by unsettling the home rearguard. Two Jack Harris goals and Peter Rees completed the comeback.
We now look forward to greeting Bala Town to Guilsfield on Friday night ( 7.30 ko) before facing Newtown at Latham Park on Tuesday 4th August to complete a tough series of friendlies.
