• Social membership is the basic level of club membership. All Social members will be issued with a Membership card, but will not be entitled to access any of the wider benefits of Full membership

• Full membership is an enhanced level of membership, whereby ALL full members will both:

Be issued with an electronic swipe card that will allow them to take advantage of price discounts in relation to all drink related bar purchases
Be able to apply for international tickets through the club (ONLY ONE PER FULL MEMBER)

ALL players MUST be full members

Payment arrangements:

• Annual Membership starts 1st of July 2022 and annual membership fees should be paid in full by the end of September 2022
• All members must complete a 2022/23 membership form for the club and RFU data management purposes. The more up to date and complete information we have on the RFU GMS site is directly related to benefits we can receive from them.
I.e. Grants, Loans, International Tickets etc.

Note: Blank membership forms are:
• Downloadable on the next page and posted on social media;
• Available from behind the bar
• Can be emailed to members on request.
Completed forms should be returned to any committee member or preferably over the bar.

• Members are encouraged to make their membership payments ‘on-line’ on the club website Click Here(through GoCardless).
But..
They may also pay their fees directly to the club’s bank account by BACS transfer or over the bar (by cash, card payment or cheque)

• The £10 Social Membership fee should be paid in one payment

Single Payment £60
3 monthly payments of £20
6 monthly payments of £10

If you wish to contribute to the club development donation of £10.

• Single payment £70
4 monthly payments of £17.50
7 monthly payments of £10.00

• ‘Occasional/guest’ players (not regularly available) can exceptionally play up to a maximum of 3 games for the club without paying the annual membership fee but must pay £3 match fee.

• From the start of September 2022, all players (with the exception of occasional/guest players) will only be eligible for selection if their membership fees have been paid in full or an instalment plan has commenced.

• Players’ Match fees will be collected ‘on the day’, normally before kick-off, and anyone wishing to play should ensure that they have the necessary £3 available when they arrive at the club. Any player failing to pay match fees for more than 2 consecutive games would not be available for selection for any further games until the outstanding match fees had been paid.
Team Captains\Managers must ensure all players who turn out on match day for the senior teams are recorded on the Match Fee sheet as paying or not paying as these will be checked regularly.
