Please note at the request of various coaches & interested parents we are holding a mini & juniors section mini AGM on Wednesday 20th May at the Club starting at 7.30pm. The meeting is expected to last 2-2.5 hours.
The event is open to all M&J committee members, M&J coaches and assistants, prospective coaches/assistants, M&J volunteers and parents of M&J player members as well as the clubs Young Rugby Ambassadors.

3. Safeguarding officer’s report & guidance for forthcoming season
4. Coaching volunteers for forthcoming season
5. Fixtures for next season
6. Election of M&J Committee Officers for next season; Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Fixtures Secretary, Membership Secretary; Junior teams rep; Mini’s teams rep.
7. Any Other Business:
i) Mini & Juniors Subscription levels & payment options for 2015/16 season
ii) Proposed contribution of money to capital improvement project(s) at the Club
iii) Summer Camp Date & format
iv) Young Rugby Ambassador proposed RWC 2015 celebration event

What we really want is to get into AOB as quickly as possible and give anyone that wants to make a proposal or suggestion as to how we can improve things the opportunity to do so – but please try to let us know any proposals under AOB in advance so we can publicise.
