The infamous college spring break trip...

There are always a plethora of options when it comes to spring break, but few can top an international tour with your rugby team. Continuing the bi-annual tradition, 17 GW rugby players traveled to Turks and Caicos to enjoy warm Caribbean weather and island hospitality while finding time to squeeze in two rugby matches.

First, GW Rugby took on the Under 21 National Team and in a back and forth match but fell one score short, 38-31. Tries were scored by Sophomore Lock Adam Huey, Senior Center Sam Newton (2), Freshman Wing Jack Harris, Junior Hooker Devin Bradley.

In the second match of the tour, GW challenged the TCI national team, however, too much fun in the sun led to a less than admirable performance. GW lost 32-0.
