As you know all teams need coaches and managers! HRFC and Knox Academy are looking for people to help with coaching or volunteering to help out in any way they can.

We have teams from Primary 1 all the way through to U18 at club level and S1 - Senior teams at Knox Academy.

You may feel you don't have coaching experience but HRFC and SRU will be running coach education courses throughout the year. You may also think being involved in coaching/volunteering will consume all your free time!! What we would like is if we have enough people willing to help then we can put a rota system(this has worked well at other clubs) in place so people are not having to give up all their free time.

Maybe you still play, have played or just have an interest in rugby and you now want to put something back into youth rugby, if that is the case please don't be shy or wait to be asked!
